One of the two major residential areas of the Press, Uptown is the southern most district. Uptown is held by a gang known as The Royals, who deal mostly in drugs but also maintain a vast network of human organ trafficking. Besides housing, Uptown's main feature is its many criminal surgeries, which are on the cutting edge of medical and genetic technology. Other minor gangs known to operate in the area are the Steppers, and the FourSixtyFour.
