North of Uptown lies Port-town. Port-town is mainly an industrial and commercial district and being the area closest to the Tacticell arcologies its many bars and nightspots often play host to off-duty company employees, grudgingly referred to as tourists by the locals. Tourists rarely venture beyond Port-town however, as it is considered tame compared to its neighbors. Port-town is held by the Horror although a number of small gangs also inhabbit its borders. The Horror maintain full control of the area's vast sea-port, and thus most of the importing and exporting for the entire region.
