The Region's other large residential district is the Eastside. The Eastside is controlled by two gangs, The Rain Dogs in the south, and the ScrewJacks in the north. The two maintain a shaky friendship, with the Rain Dogs seeing mainly to districts housing needs, and the ScrewJacks dealing in hot hardware, software, holographix, and other media.
