Mere weeks after bio-genetic engineer Albert Fesker successfully created VariType Industries' first Artificial he was back in his lab with his team working on the next model. For the next 30 years their division, Genetics2, spent the entirety of their time creating Artificials with varying degrees of success. And while each generation marked a few improvements over the generation that preceded it, none matched the level of scientific breakthrough achieved with the first generation, Adam Fesker. None, until generation 7, Switch Fesker.

Switch represents the culmination of 35 years of research and development. Outwardly he appears totally human. His limbs are proportional, his hair and nails grow, he is possessed of fully functional reproductive organs. Inside his body, however, he is far beyond the limitations of both human beings, and previous model Artificials. His brain is without any of the conditioning hard-written into other Artificial brains, and was instead hyper-educated during its tissue development. His muscle tissues are even denser and stronger than any other model, making him incredibly strong and fast, while also fitting within the proportions of a normal human being. It is known that he can change his hair and eye color at will, and that his internal organs can re-manufacture chemicals he ingests into different compounds. Finally it is believed that his glands are capable of making and releasing various pheromones which affect human nerve centers.

He escaped his corporate penthouse two years after his 'birth' and his whereabouts are currently unknown.
